Skill Masteries System

The Skill Masteries system is an advanced character progression feature that allows players to specialize in specific skills and gain access to powerful abilities beyond normal limits. Master your chosen skills to unlock devastating spells and passive bonuses!

Core System Overview

Skill Masteries represent the pinnacle of character specialization, offering both active abilities and passive bonuses for dedicated practitioners:

• Minimum Requirement: 90.0 skill points in the desired mastery skill
• Learning Method: Use Skill Mastery Primers or the Book of Masteries
• Active Mastery: Only one mastery can be active at a time
• Volume Levels: Three tiers of mastery (Volume I, II, III)

Town Steal System

The Town Steal System allows players to find and steal from containers scattered throughout towns, containing valuable items, gold, and resources.

• Containers respawn periodically with new items

Advancement System

The Advancement System allows you to exceed normal character limits by spending Maxxia Points, enabling unprecedented character progression.

Tier 1: Natural Gameplay (0.0 - 100.0)

• How to Gain: Normal skill use (swinging weapons, casting spells, crafting, etc.)

• All Skills Cap: 100.0 through natural gameplay

Tier 2: Power Scrolls (100.0 - 120.0)

• How to Gain: Use Power Scrolls (105, 110, 115, 120)
• Sources: Champion spawns, treasure maps, boss monsters, BOD rewards
• System: Traditional UO power scroll progression
• Investment: Hunt for scrolls or purchase from other players

Tier 3: Advancement System (120.0 - 140.0)

• How to Gain: Spend Maxxia Points through the Advancement System
• Requirements: Convert Maxxia Scrolls to Maxxia Points
